This goes out to all of my fellow Afro-American brothers and sisters. When joining the Harley Davidson family there's an urban legend that Harle y motorcycles are for the European culture only. Lies!!! Harley Davidsons are for motorcycle riders of All nationalities and every Race!!! And there is not another dealership around that represents that to it's fullest like Capitol Harley Davidson. White/Black, Young/Old, Muslim/Christian, Woman or Man, the only thing need to become a part of this wonderful family is to have a warm smile and a keen eye for beautiful motorcycles. I have mad multiple purchases from Capitol Harley Davidson, from motorcycles to UTV's. There is a reason its been multiple! every staff member in this building is very knowledgeable and very fun to deal with. I have always been taken care of and never looked away from when i walk thru the doors. I would not dream of taking my business to another dealership. I am a very happy customer and would recommend this dealership for sure. I have purchased two NEW bikes from here, a 2017 SGS from Mike Miller and then a 2019 CVO SG from Scott Milks. I have also bought a ton of accessories from Doug and the rest of the crew back in parts. I contacted the sales department and I was fortunate enough to talk Steve Osga. They did not have the Road King in stock I was looking for, he told me that would be no problem he could get one. Within 24hrs they had the bike, WOW! I wanted to add some accessories he referred me to Steve Green who was very knowledgeable and was able to make my new bike look awesome. While I was there picking up my bike my wife decided to browse through their clothing department. Debbie Jones hooked her up. This is my 4th Harley I will never go anywhere else. Great place, Great people.

Big Mike in the parts department even offered to save me money on shipping by physically meeting me half way to my house. This dealership is one of the best that I have dealt with and I have done business at several across the country. Every member of the staff does what ever they can to accommodate your needs and make you feel at home. They definitely have the friendliest staff of any dealership that I have been too. I've purchased two bikes, too many accessories to count, as well as numerous upgrades in the service area from them and keep going back, because I was treated fairly and the work was done right. I bought my 2015 Road Glide in September of 2014. Steve and Brian in Sales did a great job of walking me through the process and getting me financed. Once I got my bike I wanted to make a few upgrades and everyone in service and parts I have dealt with has gone out of their way to answer my questions. Special thanks to Bill, Brett and Graydon for helping bring my vision to life. Debbie, Melissa and Mandy have been amazing in getting me the gear I need. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

I dropped my 09 Heritage off this morning so Nate could do the final Dyno. He installed a 103 Stage 4 kit in my bike over the winter. So far I am very impressed with the added power, Can't wait to get it back. I was also there to pick up my rear wheel that came in this morning. Larry was extremely helpful in helping me track down the wheel. Then he took it even further, I guess I didn't realize I get the 10% back on a rewards card. When Larry asked me for my card & I didn't have it or couldn't find it. Larry Created me a new on. SInce I purchased a pair of Wheels & both bearing kits, I now have $148.00 on my card to spend on my bike. Larry, you rock, thank you so much. Thanks to the whole staff, from clothing, to Parts & the Service Dept.. I could not be happier with my Harley.

Stopped in this morning to inquire about a set of slip ons for my Limited. John in parts gave me the scoop. He was very helpful. I decided to pull the trigger. John went right over to service and talked to Andy to schedule. Brett, one of the service technicians, was at the service counter. He had time to do it right at that moment and seeing how I store my bike there, that's what they did. 30 minutes later, I was listening to it running with new pipes! Can't beat that. Thanks Guys!

I was very happy with the service from the guys and gals at Capitol! I inquiring online about a bike and Brian got back to me that same day. Held the bike for me until I got financing taken care of and two days later, I owned a 2006 Softail Heritage Classic. Took me on a tour of the shop and introduced me to all the staff. I have been to other dealerships and none of them hold a candle to the staff at Capitol H D. very personable with the way they conduct themselfs and listen to the needs of there customers.

I bought my bike in 2005 and purchased a extended warranty and 5 years later the service dept treats me as well as the day I bought it.Steve and the guys always explain what they are doing to the bike during the services and always have it ready when they say.You can buy a bike anywhere but what matters to me is the service and how your treated after you spend your hard earned dollars.I have to admit Capital treats me great and my bikes performance is proof that they know their stuff.Anybody can work on Harleys but few can do it right and Capital has for years!

Another smooth purchase! I got a notion to buy another v-rod before the vrscaw is phased out. I called Brian and he had one located within one minute. I told him I wanted it and put the down payment on it. Picked it up today and it could not be better or have went any smoother. Brian and Graydon got me in and out quick so I could get on the road. Very professional staff, sales and financing were A+++. I saw a bike I like, called Brian in sales he called me right back. Worked up price and trade in value for out the door price. I had them do credit form over the phone on a Friday. Went in on Monday and got the bike. Very easy, I will buy at this dealership from now on. Very happy with transaction and will buy new touring model and bike for the wife next spring from capitol.

Wanted to drop you guys a line and say a huge THANKS for picking both me and my bike up from the side of the road after the bikes electronics quit on me on late Saturday afternoon. When we arrived back at the shop Steve Stockenauer the Service Manager, Steve Elliott the General Manager, and Jerry Jones Technician, immediatly got to work repairing the bike. Jerry, you rock, you knew exactly what the problem was and repaired it. The problem wasn't even Harley related, rather a faulty aftermarket product but you guys replaced it and got me back on the road. Thank you for staying late and working overtime to get me back up and riding again. Simply said. Capitol Harley Davidson, has the best Customer Service, Technicians, Service Manager, and General Manager and Staff in the state of Michigan.

I just brought my 09 Street Glide in for its first service (1K) I just want to commemt on how everytime im in your store im treated like family! From the friendly staff asking if I need help to, Steve the Service Manager recognizing me and pulling my work order without having to ask me my name. On March 20, 2009 I made the ultimate impulse buy. But let me back up...Two days earlier my wife and I were shopping at the competition across the street. We were checking out the Victory Vision. Needless to say we didn't like it much. Too much plastic. As we exited the Victory dealer I suggested we window shop at Capitol HD. My wife said sure, why not. We entered your show room and were greeted by many friendly employees. We made our way to the back of the store where Brian offered to answer any questions we had. My wife and I peppered Brian with question after question for about 30 minutes. When it was all said and done we were convinced. Friday the 20th of March I took the afternoon off and rode my old 2004 Vulcan Nomad in temperatures just above freezing from Battle Creek to Dimondale to trade it in on a Red Hot Sunglo 2009 HD Ultra Classic Electra Glide. Needless to say we are looking forward to summer and many hours spent enjoying the greatest impulse buy I've ever made!!! Thanks for taking the time to impress upon us the value of Harley Davidson! I WAS CALLED 'STUPID' FOR NOT PUTTING A DEPOSIT DOWN AND THE SALESMAN ACTUALLY THREATENED TO CHANGE THE PRICE BACK TO MSRP IF I DIDNT BUY IT THAT DAY! NEEDLESS TO SAY I GOT UP AND WALKED OUT. I CALLED BRIAN AND HE MATCHED THE T&C PRICE! I DIDNT HAVE TO PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN AND WAS TREATED WITH RESPECT. I WONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO T&C BUT WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT MY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH CAPITOL! I have had service performed and not only did they do an excellent job in servicing my Electra-glide but I feel they went the extra mile in explaining the service performed in a very friendly and informative, professional manner. (Even when I asked dumb questions)

We did not purchase my wife's FLSTN at Capitol, but we just had some service done on her bike and we were treated like we had just bought a fleet of bikes. Keep up the great work. We will be getting all of our work done here.

I really enjoy going into your Dealership , I'm always treated well . friendly and helpful staff . prices are a little steep but after all its H-D .Only complaint I really have is that I shop there for Made In USA goods and most of your clothing is not .

My first Harley was an AMF Sportster...and then an 83 Sportster...then a 96 Heritage Softtail Classic...you can do the math if you want. My first Electra Glide was a wrecked 2005 Ultra Classic. I bought it from a salvage yard out in Minnesota. It was indeed trashed. I knew nothing about Electra Glides not to mention Ultra's. I'll bet I talked to every person in every department there at Capitol. Especially Ted and the guys in parts and service who coached me on certain things and helped me throughout the 5 months of rebuilding this machine back to it's original beauty and near show room condition with genuine H-D parts. They even helped me with sourcing outside vendors for the things they didn't have, could not provide, or would save money. Now, to?...that's up front Square Bizness my friends! If you're not dealing with Capitol Harley-Davidson, you're not getting the best there is.

Although I did not purchase my Bike here I have not been treated any different when I bring it in for service. I really like that. And all purchases have been made here at Capital since. Most of what I wanted to buy was in stock. I like that too. They have friendly staff who are helpful when making selections on parts, apparel and other merchandise. I would recommend this dealership and have. I look forward to every visit.

I went in to look at a Harley, ended up riding it home 2 hours later. Never thought I would own a Harley Davidson, now you will never catch me on anything else. Excellent service and very very nice people. For being new to the Harley family, they have treated me exceptionally well. Even when I had surgery and could hardly walk, they had no problem with coming to my house and picking my bike up to do the required service. 5 star service!!!
